Who are WoW?

The Women on Wednesdays group was set up in 1998 and is run by volunteers.  

We host regular socials on the first and third Wednesday of the month from 8 pm, as well as joining in and running a variety of other events throughout the year.  For the latest details on our socials and events, please see our facebook page, where you can also join in discussions and post queries which our members will respond to.

Who is the group for?

WoW is a friendly social group based in Exeter for lesbian and bi women, one which broadly encompasses women loving women identities, and is inclusive and welcoming of our trans and non-binary members.

We are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive space for all members, fostering an environment based in respect and tolerance. Members have the right to be free from intimidation or harassment, including sexual harassment or unwanted attention, and to be free from prejudice or discrimination on the grounds of age, disability, race, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, gender identity, trans status or any other form of distinction.
